PBL invitation

PBL invitation,
This afternoon I worked on my PBL invite, What is a PBL invite? A PBL invite is when we invite our parents family or friends to come and look at the work we have been working on over the course of the term, the invite must include, the date, the day, the time and where it is at. While making this invite we used the site canva, We Emailed this to our parents so they know about,so they also feel welcome to come along.

PBL Panning

Hello & Welcome back! 

I have posted a lot this week but today i'm going to talk about PBL Planning, if you keep up with my blog you will know i'm doing PBL with Neila, We had to fill out a plan like, Whats our question, How were going to set it up, are we going to add a video, what we will need,  We had to do some researching for our plan to.

Science

Welcome back! 

For over the course of a few weeks we had to choose a science experiment to do,  I was in a group with Felicity, We choose to do, What is the differences in chocolate melting, I went out and brought some chocolates, We had different ones like, Ones with nuts, One with different things inside, We went over to the staff room and collected some data about our experiment, some of the chocolates where burnt, some where ok, I enjoyed doing this experiment, i really like melting.

Heart Rate Maths

Welcome Back,
This week we have been looking at How does your heart rate change with using different e exercises?
We were also looking at Variables this means something that you change,the people or something else,
Sprints causes the heart rate to be the highest, 2 min walk causes the heart to be the lowest, Sit ups causes the heart to be in the middle.

Have you ever  measured your heart rate?

R.E AD Term 3

R.E Ad.
For over the course of a couple of weeks we have been working on a Ad, I'm in a group with Neila, we had been going to workshop/Lesson on most of the sacraments, The sacrament that me and Neila chose was Marriage, Our Ad is meant  to be funny, We have tried to make if funny but were ading in all of the stuff that we have to say, Something funny in our video is that, we Get married at the end, In the video We explain what marriage is.
We are really enjoying the making of the video so far

Thursday sport (forgot to post)

Hey guys,
 for a couple of years I have been doing Thursday sport, We have a few different sports that you can trail for, soccer ,netball, Rugby,  hockey that's all of they i'm pretty sure, we would trial for a team, i got into the B team, i enjoyed my team this year even thought we lost most our game its not all about that.
We would head down eat lunch them our game would start, thats really what Thursday sport is.

Volunteering Week,Term 3

Volunteering Term 3.
This Monday we filled out a form about Volunteering, We had three options to chose from,Graffiti, Food banking and Curtain banking, I got put into a group with, Neila, Maia & Sienna, We headed of at about 8.45,  We arrived at The food place, Basically what we did was  Sort out food into boxes, if someone called there number thy would get a free box, this box had snacks like, Chips, bars, Juices, Crackers, biscuits, also a lot things, We also had a job to stack the shelf's, I'm not quite shore what they did at curtain banks, but at graffiti they would have been stubbing graffiti on fences, walls.
I really enjoyed having this experience at food bank.
