This week we have been looking at How does your heart rate change with using different e exercises?
We were also looking at Variables this means something that you change,the people or something else,
Sprints causes the heart rate to be the highest, 2 min walk causes the heart to be the lowest, Sit ups causes the heart to be in the middle.
Have you ever measured your heart rate?
