Reading Create for this week!
This week for reading our goal is "Make connections between other texts and general knowledge to  explain the mean and  pose questions, using more sophisticated texts" Our task was to read to books and find the different's  and the similarities between each book, we each had a slide to write our work

The similarities between the books are- The differences between the books are

Differences- One was like more modern and other was like in the olden days. They both end a bit different, one of the stories is more  boring or interesting than another,

Similarities- they were both set on like a beach type of setting, they both get mysters after like the first page, they were both illustrated by the same people, they  both more than one person in there story,

Maths Video

For the past few weeks we have been working on a maths video for our parents to see, we had many questions to answer, our theme kind of thing was called stares to squares, the questions were like something like thing "How many square's are in a  of figure 8" with this we had to show our working out, I have just finished my maths video last week,I  kind of found this maths video a bit of a challenge especially  for a couple of the questions! but I also enjoyed making the video, like the progress!

This week for maths we are working on measuring, we had a task to complete for follow up, our task was to find some things on the internet  that we thought would weigh a ton,miller leather ,kg and metre, i was kind of hard to find all of these pictures and search up what it weighs and what we can measure it with!

This week we had a goal to complete witch is Visualising using all of the scenes!  We had some follow witch we had to make a poem to include the 5 scenes, the 5 scenes are hear,taste,touch,feel,see, I kind of found this a bit hard to make a poem with all of the 5 scenes!

Break out EDU

This week our hub has been going in our groups to do a break out EDU,  we had to break out of the library in 45 minuets , Today my group managed to get out in 13.05 we have got out the fastest so far witch it pretty good, I really  enjoyed Break out EDU and I really recommend doing it if you can! When we got it to the library they had read a story and the theme was wonder, witch is a movie about greatness!  As soon as we started we all rushed away and looked for clues, Finally all we had left to find was the key we had 30 seconds to break the record, I had a idea in my head W- wonder! I look in W books look there it was,  The key!!! My  group ran over we  put the key in and Done, we had escaped the fastest

Bingo Card

This week we have been working on a bunch of different tasks and its all got with something called a bingo card! We had to complete a problem solving, this was our main priority, for the problem solving we had to answer  different questions, The questions  had to do with something called a stares to squares, after that we had to at lest do one thing of each colour on the bingo card, it was like finding Carmen sandiegio , making a fitness plan that we would use at fitness, and another task was making a book review, I quiet enjoyed doing these task!

Teacher Strike

On the 29 of May most of  new Zealand  had a strike day.  For most primary schools and highs schools , This strike came because teacher need more time to plan out, most people think that they are doing it for the money, On the wends day that the strike was on  I didn't do that much, it was just like a chill, day, it was kind of boring, I think that it is good for teacher to go on, strike so they get more money and time to plan things out for us!
