Sanford University (Maths)

Sanford University
For the past weeks  we have been using a site called Sanford University, Its a site that helps out with maths, it talks about having a growth mindset, believing that you are good at maths and not doubting your self, There are a few lesson that we go through to finish this maths lesson, so far i'm finished there are 6 lessons.
In some of the lessons I  remember:
So basically in these lessons we have mostly been talking about having a growth mindset, like believing,  if maths isn't something we do our best at, if we keep trying, believing we can  become super good at maths, also how there are  different ways to solve problems in maths, another thing was if you slow down you can thing things through instead of rushing and when you take it slow you most likely get the answer close or right!
My final percentage was 93%.

1. In lesson 1 it was all about the mindset in maths, about patterns and numbers.

2.  Lesson 2 was about knocking down  myths in maths, Also about the message in maths.

3.  Lesson 3, this was about the number flexibility in maths, Like connections.

4.     Lesson 4 , this was about patterns, It was just like lesson 3

5.  Lesson 5, we learnt about the snow flakes and patterns, Also a bit about fractions.

6.  Lesson 6, Was about games, how they can really help out with maths, Also about speed in maths.

Have you ever done a online course?

  1. Hi Ruby, this blog is really interesting. I liked how everything was really clear to read (the format was great). I actually have done this course, I enjoyed it as well. One thing you could improve is not putting the photo right in the centre, maybe put it in the right corner. This blog was great -
